The place had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful; it was conveniently located near Pavillon Noir.

It was well priced.

Had good sleep at the studio with confortable bed, balconies, for example. The staff was accommodating and welcoming, I'm grateful for their help. The hotel had a very central location and it was right next to Grand Theatre de Provence.

Our unit was modern, had excellent Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony.

Excellent location for our purposes - shops, town, travel

Our stove wasn't working for half our stay which was very inconvenient seeing as cooking our own food was one of the reasons we wanted to stay there! After 3 complaints they did sort it out, but rather too late in my opinion.

We stayed four nights at the hotel in June 2011. The location was only in walking distance from city centre and public transport. A mini mart is located 50 metres away and has been great in providing food at a reasonable price. The facilities provided were very helpful.

I wish the hotel provides a cleaning service everyday to make the room tidy when we get back after a long day outing!

The room was clean and nicely furnished.

There was no room service so we ran out of toilet rolls and clean towels. We had to purchase them as the reception was closed on the Sunday. The staff did not inform us of this when we checked in. There was no real customer service.

This place offers a lovely air-conditioned queen studio room at the price of £36.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the train station and the center, Marseille and Avignon Center by bus and nearby supermarket and cafes👍❤❤

Great location! 💯 It's super close to La Rotonde, which is awesome. The area felt really safe, and you can easily walk to the town center, train station, and Monoprix from here. Being able to walk to all these places was so convenient!

Very well organized space, modern, in a convenient location to the train, bus, and the shopping district. Room was clean and the towels were very soft. Air con was great, and it was soundproof.

The bed and pillows were rock hard. The staff leaves at 19:30, so we rarely saw them. There weren't clear instructions about where to put the garbage, except "take out your trash."

Limit on hot water which was not communicated. Air conditioning did not work. Contact number provided for queries during the stay was not answered & directed to voicemail.
